Doug Delaney

Doug Delaney is Director of Golf for Sand Barrens, overseeing all golf operations along with having an active role in maintaining the Pro Shop. A resident of Cape May County, he has been with Sand Barrens since 2002. Prior to this he was the Head Golf Professional at the Sand Barrens & Assistant Golf Professional at Old North State Club, New London, N.C. He is a graduate of Pfeiffer University.

Louis Pitcock, GCSAA

:: Golf Course Superintendent

An 12 year industry veteran, Louis has been working in the South Jersey golf industry for the past four years, most recently as Superintendent of Stone Harbor Golf Club. A Graduate of Ohio State University with degrees in both Turf Grass Management and Business of Horticultural Sciences, he has built his reputation at courses in the New Jersey, Maryland and Delaware areas. 
 

Richard P. Salerno

:: Executive Chef

Executive Chef Richard Salerno brings more than  three decades of culinary excellence to the Sand Barrens. A veteran of some of the finest kitchens in the region, he is a graduate of the Atlantic Community College of Culinary Arts and Johnson and Wales University. His resume includes such notable dining establishments as Portofinos and Harbor View at the Trump Marina Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City, Absecon’s Rams Head Inn, The Adams Mark Inn, and Colleen’s in Philadelphia and the Flanders Hotel and Banquet Center in Ocean City.
